I came into birth work once I started getting older and seeing my friends give birth, and seeing and hearing about how medical and cold it can be. I felt like I could really help make pregnancy, birth, and postpartum a more warm and positive experience, no matter if you are looking to give birth at home or at the hospital. Every birthing person deserves to feel educated about their birth, leading them and their partner to feel empowered to advocate for themselves. My philosophy on birth work is “you like it, I love it”! I never would want to make you feel pressured to do or not do something during labor, feel like you have to give birth at any location, or anything similar. My goal is always to make sure everyone I work with is getting their needs met, and I am tailoring your experience to these needs. I am happy to work with anyone who is happy to work with me! Outside of birth work, I am always doing creative projects. You can always find me painting, creating new recipes, or doing yoga.
Nikki Young
Nikki has dedicated her life to supporting families through one of life’s most transformative experiences: childbirth. Her journey into birth work began in 2004 when she became certified as a birth doula in New York City. Growing up in the fast-paced, culturally rich environment of NYC shaped her commitment to providing compassionate, inclusive, and evidence-based care to clients of all backgrounds. Her passion for birth was inspired by her own incredible experience with her first child—a natural, unmedicated birth that profoundly influenced her understanding of the power and resilience of women’s bodies. This personal milestone motivated her to help others achieve empowering and memorable birthing experiences. In 2009, Nikki became a registered nurse, further expanding her expertise in maternal and child health. She began her nursing career in high-risk antepartum care, where she supported patients with complex pregnancies, and later transitioned into labor and delivery nursing, a role she continues to fulfill today. Between her work as a nurse and a doula, Nikki has supported hundreds of families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period.

I became passionate about birth work through my own first birth experience. I had a medically challenging pregnancy and learned to advocate as well as thoroughly research what was best for me individually.
Birth is the pillar of a family’s long-term wellbeing. I want to help families thrive with their new adorable family additions by giving proper support, information, and trusting moms intuition. This way, the parents are given new confidence to act as needed for their family and physical/emotional stability to accomplish their desired lifestyle overall

I’ve known for a while that my calling was to empower women, I’ve tried in many ways. In 2022 my doula work began after supporting a dear friend through a very trying labor, delivery, and recovery. I knew this was my path. Since my journey began I have picked up multiple modalities, such as lactation counseling, newborn care education, as well as my latest endeavor of Midwifery. I believe in educating families so they feel empowered to make their own choices during their labor and deliveries so they can look back on their birth stories and smile. I serve families in every corner of the Las Vegas Valley. In my free time you can catch me on a yoga mat, or dancing, hiking, or tackling a 500-1000 piece puzzle.
Morgan Lavergne
Hello, I’m Morgan Lavergne, and I’ve dedicated over 10 years to the field of childcare. During this time, I’ve had the privilege of working with families from diverse backgrounds and ages. One consistent issue I’ve observed is the lack of support for mothers and birthing people after childbirth and beyond. Despite being some of the most powerful people on this planet, mothers in America are often marginalized and treated as an afterthought. They face a troubling absence of advocacy in medical situations, and endure isolation after giving birth, left to care for a newborn without the guidance and wisdom that elder women and a supportive community could provide, Among many other challenges.

I am a loving mother of 5 with my oldest being 24 and my youngest being 5 years old!
My passion for birth work started over 10 years ago delivering my 4th child when I learned what a doula was. I didn’t think I would be able to afford the training or afford the commitment with a new baby at home, but I slowly worked my way into the field and now I am very excited to be here to serve you!
Xieanne Le (She-in)
Xieanne (pronounced She-in) finally decided to certify as a Birth and Postpartum Doula when they moved to the UK in 2021 and life slowed down! Although she’s only been certified for a few years, she’s been a doula her entire life. Taking care of others and providing comfort during peoples vulnerable points in life and having a doula of her own while giving birth to her daughter really made her realize what she was put on this earth to do. Xieanne truly believes that if more families had access to doula services and the care that they provide, outcomes in birth and postpartum would change drastically (for the better)!
