Cierra’s Story:

I came into birth work once I started getting older and seeing my friends give birth, and seeing and hearing about how medical and cold it can be. I felt like I could really help make pregnancy, birth, and postpartum a more warm and positive experience, no matter if you are looking to give birth at home or at the hospital. Every birthing person deserves to feel educated about their birth, leading them and their partner to feel empowered to advocate for themselves. My philosophy on birth work is “you like it, I love it”! I never would want to make you feel pressured to do or not do something during labor, feel like you have to give birth at any location, or anything similar. My goal is always to make sure everyone I work with is getting their needs met, and I am tailoring your experience to these needs. I am happy to work with anyone who is happy to work with me! Outside of birth work, I am always doing creative projects. You can always find me painting, creating new recipes, or doing yoga. 

*I have been vegan for almost 10 years now so would be excited to help any fellow vegans (birth or postpartum) with nutrition or otherwise!
