Claire’s Story:
Originally from the central coast of California, Claire and her husband, daughter, and dog have made a home out of Reno, NV. When not working she enjoys all that this area has to offer by hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, or hanging out by the lake.
Claire offers doula support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Caregiving is in her nature. Her goal as a birthworker is to nurture the autonomy and intuition of parents. She will teach you how to support yourself and will empower you to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and birth. She will provide evidence-based education and unbiased support because every birth is unique and deserves to be seen and respected. She will help you feel grounded and will help you navigate this exciting time (that can also be overwhelming!). She wants you to feel confident in your decisions and will advocate for you and the birth you deserve. She approaches her work with great passion and a continued awe of how magical birth is.
