Come find your zen and join us for the first Stretch & Strength yoga/pilates class happening every 2nd Sunday of the month from 10-11am at the Anthem Wellness Center.
Breathe and move in a way that is safe and effective for the pregnant & postpartum body to prepare for and recover from childbirth. We will have time for a brief community check-in, yoga/pilates based movement to build strength and stretch and end with guided relaxation & imagery.
No experience necessary, suitable for all experience levels.
Please bring a mat, some water and get ready to move with intention and joy!
